Deftones drummer Abe Cunningham has offered an update on the band’s new album. He said the following:
“We’re currently mixing it. Given the current situation, it’s been a bit difficult to get everyone in the same room. We can’t. So, we’re at least still doing that. I wanted to thank you for your patience, obviously, and, of course, your interest in that. It’s coming.”
In other news, Deftones will also be launching a livestream series on Twitch. That will launch tomorrow (April 17) at 8 p.m. PT / 11 p.m. ET with a DJ set from programmer/sampler Frank Delgado.
