Epica will be celebrating the 10th anniversary of “Design Your Universe” by releasing a “gold edition” of the album on October 4. This version has been remixed and remastered by Joost van den Broek and it will come with updated artwork and a bonus disc featuring newly recorded acoustic renditions of songs from the effort.
Simone Simons commented:
“‘Design Your Universe’ is an album that is very dear to me not only because of the music, but also because of the message behind it. I am looking forward to the anniversary release and all the upcoming shows. The bonus CD is a worthy addition to ‘Design Your Universe’ and I can’t wait for you all to hear the songs!”
The “gold edition” of “Design Your Universe” will be released as a two-CD set and digitally. The acoustic tracks will also be available as a separate picture disc. Pre-orders will launch on August 9.
