P.O.D. are in the finishing stages of their new album progress. The effort, which is titled The Awakening, is tentatively due in August. The band has also booked multiple summer dates to support the album.

In other news, P.O.D. have posted some pictures of them hanging with Fred Durst (Limp Bizkit) and rapper Sick Jacken (Psycho Realm) in the studio. Fans are speculating that they will be featured as special guests on the new album.
