Filter have premiered a new video/short film for their cover of The Turtles’ “Happy Together.” Check it out below:
The band said the following about the video:
“After the success of Filter‘s “Happy Together” becoming an official trailer song for The Great Gatsby, the Filter camp put together a private showcase for music executives in the film industry at Swinghouse Studios, Los Angeles in early 2014. Richard asked longtime friend and video publicity director, David Kinsler, to capture the performance. After the event, the production team got the green light to support the live performance with a short film which was shot in the Fall of 2014. Filter is finally proud to present, the short film/video for “Happy Together,” dedicated to all the band members, past and present, may we always be – Happy Together.”
