Metal Church, whose current lineup features guitarist Kurdt Vanderhoof, guitarist Rick Van Zandt, bassist David Ellefson (ex-Megadeth), drummer Ken Mary (Flotsam And Jetsam), and singer Brian Allen (ex-Vicious Rumors), have shared an official video for the title track of their latest album “Dead To Rights.” You can find that below. The clip was filmed during the band’s set at the Alcatraz festival in Kortrijk, Belgium.
Mary commented:
“There’s no faking it on a festival stage. You walk out, the crowd hits you like a wall, and you either rise to it or you don’t. Alcatraz was one of those days where everything clicked, and we wanted fans to feel exactly what we felt up there. ‘Dead To Rights’ is built to be played loud and live, and this video proves it.”
Vanderhoof added:
“When we wrote ‘Dead To Rights’, I knew it was going to be a live song and seeing a field full of headbanging fans in Belgium shout it back at us confirmed it. This lineup is at its best in front of an audience, and capturing that energy on film was a must. It’s a snapshot of where Metal Church is right now: heavy, hungry and having the time of our lives.”
