As previously reported, Pro Silver Star Ltd., owner of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, recently took legal action against My Chemical Romance after the band incorporated cheerleaders with similar uniforms into their live show. Now, according to TMZ, the band have decided to ditch the performers in an effort to resolve an infringement injunction. Notably, the group will still be able to use cheerleaders as long as they’re dressed differently. Neither party has commented.
