Black Map have called it quits. The band confirmed the news, while also thanking fans for their support.
The group said the following:
“After a lot of years, a lot of miles, and a lot of music, Black Map is calling it a day.
This band has been a huge part of our lives for the last 14 years, and we feel incredibly fortunate what we’ve accomplished together. We played over 300 shows, made it to 40 states and 7 countries, released records we are immensely proud of and got to share stages with amazing bands along the way. More than anything, we met a lot of great people and made memories that will stay with us forever.
To everyone who came to a show and met us, sang along, — thank you for caring about Black Map and making it all possible. It meant more to us than you know.
With love,
Black Map“
