Downswing have premiered a new video for their new song “At My Worst.” The band commented:

“‘At My Worst‘ at its core is about the struggle to find and maintain balance in all aspects of life. Trying to chase the hopes and dreams you once saw yourself attaining, but not fully realizing what the true cost of that was and how it would impact other aspects of your life.”
