Sid Wilson was recently confronted by paparazzi near a studio in Los Angeles, CA. The ambush saw the turntablist questioned about his current status in Slipknot, but he ignored their request for comment. You can see footage of that below courtesy of TMZ. This news comes after TMZ previously claimed he was fired from Slipknot. Since then, there has been no confirmation from Wilson or the band. However, guitarist Jim Root did tell fans they shouldn’t believe everything they read. Wilson has since returned to social media to promote his new merch store.
