Yesterday (July 5), Megadeth ended up canceling their set at the EvilLive festival in Lisbon, Portugal at the last-minute. As such, fans responded by throwing cups at the stage. You can see footage of that below. The band commented on the cancellation:
“Due to technical issues beyond our control, we are saddened and frustrated to share with you that we will not be able to perform tonight in Lisbon. We never want to let you down…and we are just as disappointed as you are with this situation. We look forward to returning to give you the show you deserve.”
