Bassist/vocalist Jonny Reeves has confirmed that he is no longer a member of Kingdom Of Giants. He left the band to focus on The Amity Affliction.

Reeves said the following during a recent appearance on The Downbeat Podcast:

“I’m not in the band anymore, as of last December, I would say… Things just were coming to a head where they’re just like, ‘We’ve got plans, and you’ve got other plans going on over here.’ And so it was kind of this, it’s [an] in my court decision.

And I was just like, I don’t wanna hold them back from achieving their goals, but this [The Amity Affliction] aligns with the goals that I’m after. And with things just working so well with this group, it was really kind of a no-brainer.”

He went on to say the band were “disappointed.” However, there is “no bad beef from [his] end.”
