Megadeth have launched a mysterious countdown timer through megadeth.com. The clock, which is set to end on August 14 at 8:00 a.m. PDT, is also accompanied by the following phrase: “The End Is Near. It’s Crystal Clear. Part Of The Master Plan.” It is currently unclear what the band are teasing, but some have assumed it could be related to a new album or the 35th anniversary of “Rust In Peace.”
