Voivod’s “forgotten” 2003 performance video for “Blame Us” has been shared via YouTube. You can check that out below. Notably, the clip was recorded during former Metallica bassist Jason Newsted’s time in the band. The video was unearthed by directors Jeff Ertl and Keith McCabe. Ertl said the following about the discovery:
“Uncovering this video was like finding a missing puzzle piece from Voivod’s illustrious history. It’s a privilege to share this moment with the world, giving fans a glimpse of a powerful performance that many thought was lost to time. The timing of its discovery makes the song’s message all the more powerful today.”
