Last year, Jane’s Addiction fell apart after frontman Perry Farrell infamously attacked guitarist Dave Navarro onstage during a September 13 show in Boston, MA. Despite this, it appears the other members of the band are working on new music without Farrell. Bassist Eric Avery said the following about the recent sessions:
“Writing some more new lines to some of Stephen [Perkins’] drumming. Look forward to getting some Mr Navarro on them. 2025! @stephenperkinsdrummer @davenavarro”
