Whispers have signed a new deal with Flatspot Records. With this news, the band have also shared a new video for their new song “Retribution.” That track is from their new EP, “Yom-Ma-Lok,” which will be released on December 13.
Vocalist Nitisart “Mike” Chaiburi commented:
“The main idea of writing this song came from my own belief that In the end, we cannot escape the consequences of the karma that we have done unjustly to each other. Even if you are big in the sky or have a lot of power, fame, and money, you cannot use those things to wash away your sins or replace the things you have done wrong to the hearts of others.
We see this kind of thing continually in every social context without exception because we believe that even though we are just small humans, we have enormous desires. So we look for and want to rely on others for help anyway. In order for these people to not feel alone and discouraged, I have come to spread their frustration.”
