“Moments That Shook Music: Kurt Cobain” Documentary To Air On BBC

A new documentary focusing on the late grunge legend Kurt Cobain (Nirvana) will be debuting on April 13 via BBC iPlayer and BBC 2. The film, which is titled “Moments That Shook Music: Kurt Cobain,” was directed by John Osborne and produced by Touchdown Films. Osborne told BBC the following about the documentary, which offers “a visceral account of the days that surrounded” Cobain’s death:

“This documentary aims to demystify that moment and tell the story in a direct and accurate way with footage shot by the people who were there. Kurt Cobain was the reluctant voice of a generation and his death has left a huge void. The only way to make sense of what happened is to make a testimony that audiences won’t be able to stop watching.”
