Mutoid Man Postpone East Coast Tour

Mutoid Man have postponed their November East Coast tour due to bassist Jeff Matz suffering from shingles. The dates will be rescheduled for 2024.

The band commented:

“Fellow mutants,

We regret to announce that our beloved bass brother Jeffrey Matz has developed a case of Medieval Scabby Leprosy aka Shingles. Due to this horrid contagion, Mutoid Man is unable to perform our duties on the East Coast this month, as we are not willing to break up our rock hard unit with a replacement. We will watch him carefully as he writhes in pain and pus shoots out of his open lesions before they eventually turn to scab crust.

We are committed to rescheduling these dates for 2024 and we are just as bummed as you to retreat into our respective mutant caves. NYC’s own Uniform will take our place at Webster Hall with Botch on Nov 10th, and Tower will be there too. Also, to be clear – the 4 West Coast dates Dec 7-12 are still happening!

Sorry for the inconvenience – let’s all shed a bloody tear thinking about what might have been.

Decrepitly yours,
Mutoid Man“

Here’s the group’s remaining dates:

12/07 Los Angeles, CA – The Fonda (feat. Botch)
12/09 Costa Mesa, CA – The Wayfarer
12/10 Santa Ana, CA – Constellation Room
12/11 San Diego, CA – Brick By Brick
12/12 Berkeley, CA – Cornerstone Craft Beer & Live Music
