According to Deutsche Welle, prosecutors in Germany have dropped their investigation into Rammstein’s Till Lindemann. They made the decision due to a lack of evidence regarding the sexual misconduct allegations against the singer. It was also noted that the alleged victims failed to come forward with testimonies.

Lindemann’s legal team commented:
“The rapid termination of investigative proceedings by the Berlin state prosecutor’s office shows that there is insufficient evidence that our client allegedly committed sexual offences.”
It’s worth mentioning that prosecutors have also dropped their investigation into Alena Makeeva, who was allegedly responsible for inviting girls to afterparties for Lindemann.
As previously reported, a woman recently claimed that she was drugged during a party organized by Rammstein in Vilnius, LIT and that various fans were being being brought in for sexual encounters with members of the group and their road crew. Since then, more women have come forward as well. This includes one alleged victim who woke up in a hotel bed with Lindemann on top of her. Other women have also shared accounts of being screened before being welcomed into parties involving sex, drugs and alcohol. One person even claimed that she was only going to be admitted to a party if she was interested in sex with Lindemann.
Lindemann previously denied the allegations, but was still hit with a number of consequences. This includes being dropped from his book publisher Kiepenheuer & Witsch and being distanced from Universal Music. However, his legal team continued to fight and even scored a publication ban against The Mirror, who initially reported on the sexual misconduct allegations.
