Islander have launched a Kickstarter campaign in an effort to raise money for their new album. Fans can contribute to that HERE. In other news, the band have also released a new documentary titled “Devastate The Masses.” Mikey Carvajal said the following about the film:
“This is only a small portion of the story of ISLANDER. I suppose we would need an entire Netflix series to tell the whole story. ISLANDER‘s story is basically about a band that keeps getting pinned in the middle of the ring, and won’t stop kicking out because our fans keep cheering us on. I would be lying if I said we weren’t the underdog in the music industry right now. And everyone loves an underdog story. At least, I hope they still do. Our motto is pretty much summed up in that Rocky quote “It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done!”
