As previously reported, As I Lay Dying’s most recent shows saw them performing with a touring lineup consisting of frontman Tim Lambesis, guitarist Phil Sgrosso, drummer Nick Pierce (ex-Unearth), bassist/vocalist Ryan Neff (Miss May I), and guitarist Ken Susi (Unearth). Now, it has been revealed that one of those live members, Ryan Neff, has been involved in the sessions for the band’s next album. Tim Lambesis said the following about that:

“Beyond exited to be working on some new @asilaydying songs with @whosryanneff in beautiful Southern California next week! The demoing process of new chorus melody and lyric ideas has been a really fun process, but nothing beats working on ideas together in person to refine.”
