Green Day have announced that they have partnered with the NHL for NBC Sports Network’s Wednesday Night Hockey. To celebrate the news, a new promo video has been shared and it features a preview of the band’s new song “Fire, Ready, Aim.” That track is from the group’s new album “Father Of All Motherfuckers” (out February 7) and it will be used for NBC’s NHL broadcasts throughout the 2019-2020 season. Other songs from the record will also be used for NHL game highlights, broadcast bumpers, tune-in campaigns, and in-arena jumbotron content. The partnership will also include performances, appearances, and other collaborations, including a January 25 performance at the Honda NHL All-Star Game in St. Louis, MO, which will air at 8PM ET on NBC.
