During an interview on Jamey Jasta’s (Hatebreed) “The Jasta Show”, Rob Caggiano (Volbeat, ex-Anthrax) confirmed that he will not be involved in The Damned Things (Every Time I Die, Anthrax, Fall Out Boy, etc.) upcoming appearances at Welcome To Rockville (May 4) and Epicenter (May 11). He also said the following when asked who might be in the group’s current lineup: “I don’t know, to be honest. I haven’t spoken to those dudes in a bit.” When asked about a possible replacement for him, he added: “I think they have enough guitar players, but I’m not sure [laughs].” Despite this, Caggiano says he was “really proud” of their album and that he had a “blast” with them.
