The legal representatives of Tobias Forge (aka Papa Emertius) and former Ghost members, Simon Söderberg, Mauro Rubino, Henrik Palm, and Martin Hjertstedt, met in Linkoping, Sweden court yesterday (November 13) to discuss a possible settlement for their legal dispute, but an agreement was not reached. Corren.se reports that Söderberg and Rubino attended the meeting with their representative Michael Berg. Forge did not attend, but his representative Ann-Charlotte Söderlund Björk was on hand. It is assumed that more meetings will take place early next year. If you’re unfamiliar with the story, the former members filed a lawsuit against Forge due to them not receiving proper payment for their musical contributions and tours, and the fact that they were not allowed to see any of the financial records from 2011-2016. They also claimed the band was a partnership despite the fact that Forge has denied those claims repeatedly.
