King 810’s hometown, Flint, MI, has been dealing with a water contamination crisis, and to raise awareness about the disaster the band have premiered a new song titled “We Gotta Help Ourselves.” Along with the song release, the band has also released a new shirt, which can be purchased HERE. All proceeds will go to the Flint Child Health & Development Fund.
David Gunn issued the following statement:
“We chose to work with the Flint Child Health & Development Fund because we believe children are the most important people in the equation. They’re also affected the most by what’s going on. Aside from the urgent need for clean water, it’s important to focus on the long term effects that could come as a result to this exposure, so that’s our main focus here.”
