Megadeth Go Behind The Scenes Of Their Virtual Reality Experience For “Dystopia”

Megadeth are offering a behind the scenes look at their “Dystopia” virtual reality experience, via Rolling Stone. The band filmed their tracks “Fatal Illusion,” “Dystopia,” The Threat Is Real,” “Poisonous Shadows,” and “Post American World” for the expierence, which will launch with the release of the new album. When “Dystopia” releases on Friday (January 22) fans will be able to get goggles that can be used with a smartphone to see a virtural concert.

Dave Mustaine had the following to say:

“We’re hoping for something that is completely mind-blowing, and we’re doing something that to the best of my knowledge hasn’t been done yet by any metal bands and maybe not any bands at all. You’re not only going to be able to see what we’re doing — you’re going to feel like you’re right in the room with us.”
