Five Finger Death Punch & Papa Roach Postpone Milan, Italy Show Due To Rumored Terrorist Threat

Hacktivist collective, Anonymous recently declared war on ISIS, following the Paris, France terrorist attacks. The group took down multiple sites/profiles, and according to International Business Times, have uncovered some of their expected targets, including the Five Finger Death Punch, Papa Roach, and Devil You Know show in Milan, Italy tomorrow (November 22). The show has since been postponed.

5FDP issued the following statement:

“As some of you may be aware, there were many rumors today that the Milan show on Sunday, November 22nd will be targeted in a next wave of terror attacks like we saw in Paris last week. We did our best in a very short amount of time to work with the local promoter and authorities to ensure that security would be adequate. Unfortunately, we did not receive confirmation in time to satisfy our requirements and to ensure that our fans would be safe at the event. Therefore, we were forced to postpone the show to a later date. Please stay tuned for more info.”

Papa Roach issued a statement as well:

“We have had many reports all day that our show in Milan tomorrow, Sunday 22 November, will be targeted in a next wave of terror attacks. It is with heavy heart that we are forced to cancel this show to a later date. The safety of our fans, crew and bands are important to us. We will announce more information as soon as we are able to.”
