During Mudvayne’s July 26 set at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre in Tampa, FL, frontman Chad Gray ended up falling off the stage. You can see fan-filmed footage of that below. Ironically, the incident happened as the band were performing “Not Falling.”
