God Complex Confirm The Departures Of Vocalist Harry Rule And Guitarist Kyle Holt

God Complex have confirmed the departures of vocalist Harry Rule and guitarist Kyle Holt. The band are currently planning open auditions.

The group commented:

“Some may have noticed that throughout the year there have been shows that we’ve played that haven’t had the full GC lineup in one capacity or another.

Whether it be a fill-in vocalist or two guitarists instead of the three that we’re-launched with early last year.

The reason for that is that Harry Rule and Kyle Holt have decided, due to other life commitments and for personal wellbeing, to step down from GC permanently.

All of us in GC accept and fully support these decisions together, and wish nothing but the best for both Harry and Kyle, who remain great friends and will forever.

We’re immensely grateful to both Harry and Kyle for playing the shows that they did, long after the decision had been made, which just goes to show the calibre of person they both are.

We’re sure both Harry and Kyle will have their own amazing other projects in the future and encourage you all to keep an eye out for those.

We’re moving forward into the future with GC as a 5 piece lineup, and though we’ve been fortunate to have worked with many of our close friends who are incredible vocalists in a stand-in capacity over the year, touring, writing and recording in a full time band is a difficult thing for many to commit to – which we fully appreciate – and has meant we do not have a permanent vocalist.

So, as monumental of a task it will be to replace Harry Rule as the vocalist of God Complex, we’ve decided to attempt this in a bit of a different way.

Tomorrow at 5PM GMT, we’ll be releasing an instrumental track which we will provide a download link to for open auditions on our linktree.

More details tomorrow.

Danny, James, Luke and Sam”
