During Iron Maiden’s October 14 show at Estadio Olímpico Atahualpa in Quito, Ecuador, singer Bruce Dickinson ended up performing “The Trooper” from backstage. The frontman made the move after taking issue with smoke from flares in the crowd. Dickinson initially asked fans to stop with the flares, but they refused. Fan-filmed footage is available below:
