BREACH (Comeback Kid, etc.) have premiered a new song titled “COLD.” This track is from their new self-titled EP, which will be released on October 30.

The band commented:

“The tragedy is that sometimes a person who spends their entire childhood being hurt becomes so consumed by that pain that they begin to pass it on. They project their anger, their fear, their hatred, and their tortured sense of self onto someone else.

The cycle continues and suddenly the victim becomes the one causing the damage. ‘COLD‘ is about confronting that cycle. About the terrifying realization that being hurt doesn’t make you incapable of hurting others. You have to open yourself up to understanding that pain. And that, at some point, you have to decide whether you’re going to carry the pain you were given, or finally put it down before it becomes someone else’s.”
