The upcoming “Deathgasm” sequel, “Deathgasm II: Goremageddon,” is set to hit cinemas in the U.S. and Canada tomorrow (September 29). A VOD release will also follow on October 13.
Milo Cawthorne, Kimberley Crossman, James Joshua Blake, Sam Berkley and Daniel Cresswell are set to reprise their roles in the film. Kieran Charnock, Harrison Keefe, Maggie Nicole Robertson and Adam Scherr will also appear. The score was created by Trivium’s Matt Heafy. The soundtrack will also include tracks from GWAR, Sanguisgabogg, Frozen Soul, Alien Weaponry, etc. Here’s an official synopsis:
“Years after surviving the demon apocalypse of the original film, Brodie (Milo Crossman) is washed-up, broke, and stuck in small-town purgatory. But when he learns that NoizeQuest, a battle-of-the-bands competition, is coming to his town, he sees a shot at redemption – and maybe even a second chance with his old beau, Medina (Kimberley Crossman). One problem: his drummer is missing an arm, and the rest of his band is, well… dead. Luckily, Brodie still has pages torn from ‘The Black Hymn,’ so raising his bandmates from the great beyond is just a riff away. But with every chord comes blood, guts, and the kind of apocalyptic chaos that only ‘Deathgasm’ can unleash.”
