Earlier this year, Deadsy frontman Elijah Blue Allman ended up getting arrested twice in New Hampshire. One incident saw him charged with burglary, two counts of criminal mischief, and breach of bail after breaking into a house. The other incident saw him charged with simple assault, criminal trespass, criminal threatening, and disorderly conduct after “causing a disturbance and acting belligerently” at a prep school. Now, according to WMUR, Allman has been indicted for the criminal mischief charge. This news comes amid stays in the hospital following the arrests. He is currently scheduled for a competency hearing this fall. He is also awaiting arraignment for the felony criminal mischief charge.
