“I am hosting a verified presale registration in an effort to get tickets into the hands of real fans instead of ticket resellers.

All registrants will be required to verify both their email address and phone number as a preventative measure against bots and resellers. Only those registered and verified for the presale will receive a unique code to purchase tickets during the HW HQ Presale period.

If you verified yourself on a previous Hayley Williams tour, you still need to register for this tour, but will not have to go through the 2FA text verification step this time.

How It Works

• HW HQ Presale registration is now open.
• To take part in the HW HQ Presale on Friday, you must register for a Ticket Unlock code at:hayleywilliams.hq.fan/thws-ukeurope
• When registering, you may select up to 3 shows of interest.
• The presale registration period will close at 10am BST / 11am CEST on Thu, 3 Sep.
• Successful registrants will receive an email by 6pm BST / 7pm CEST on Thu, 3 Sep with a unique Ticket Unlock code.
• HW HQ Presale starts at 10am local venue time on Fri, 4 Sep. Use your Ticket Unlock code to access the presale on the official ticket links posted at hayleywilliams.net/tour.

It’s important to note that receiving a code does not guarantee you will be able to buy tickets – they will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. There is also no guarantee that tickets will be available outside of this presale, so registering is your best and potentially only chance at getting tickets.

We are utilizing face-value ticket exchanges on official venue ticketing platforms wherever possible so that fans have the option to buy and sell tickets at the original price paid. Note that these exchanges won’t open until closer to the show dates.
