According to Rolling Stone, ZZ Top have recruited drummer Michael Monahan for their immediate live dates. He will be filling in for Frank Beard, who is dealing with health issues. This news comes afer the band cancelled their August 5 show at the Hollywood Bowl due to “insurmountable obstacles.”
