The Haunted’s Ola Englund has shared a video to address the similarities between the riff on his song “The Sun & The Moon” and the riff on Evanescence’s “Who Will You Follow.” You can check that out below. The tracks do feature similar tempos and traits, but the guitarist feels the riff is too generic to accuse the band of plagiarism. He said the following in part:

“No, I don’t think that Evanescence stole my riff, but that’s cute though. Thank you so much for caring about me. I appreciate that. It’s basically every metal riff right there.”
