Slayer vocalist/bassist Tom Araya has been chosen as the Grand Marshal for the “Würth 400” at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth, TX. That event will be held on May 3. As part of the gig, Araya will give the command when it’s time for the drivers to start their engines. The musician commented:

“Excited to be the Grand Marshal for the Würth 400. Slayer, NASCAR reign in speed!”
