Final Gasp have premiered a new video for their new song “Burials Of Birth.” This track is from the band’s new album, “New Day Symptoms,” which will be released on February 27.

The following was said about the single:

“New single ‘Burials of Birth’ finds [vocalist Jake Murphy] recounting the tragic story of a homeless man living off grid that he encountered throughout his youth. His tent encampment was burned down by the police and he froze to death in the process of trying to rebuild it. It’s that ability to perceive a sense of loss from an outside perspective that makes these songs resonate more widely, giving greater perspective to deal with our own.”

Jake Murphy added:

“A lot of ‘New Day Symptoms’ was written in an outside perspective — what could’ve happened if things were different, but ultimately it didn’t end that way. You can’t change what’s already been done, so you just have to move on. It just means it’s a part of who you are now.”
