As I Lay Dying Frontman Tim Lambesis: “All The Loss From Last Year Is One Of The Greatest Blessings I’ve Ever Had In My Life”

As previously reported, As I Lay Dying’s Tim Lambesis recently launched a new version of the band alongside the release of a new song titled “Echoes.” Now, while responding to fans on social media, the frontman further commented on this latest rebirth, saying “all the loss from last year is one of the greatest blessings [he has] ever had in my life.”

Lambesis had the following exchange:

Fan: “Money grab.”

Lambesis: “0% chance you have even the slightest idea how the music industry works. I sold all my motorcycles just to get this back on track. It’s pure passion”

He later had another exchange:

Fan: “The ‘victim’ suit does not fit you anymore…”

Lambesis: “I agree because I don’t consider myself a victim. This is the best quality of life for me thus far and all the loss from last year is one of the greatest blessings I’ve ever had in my life. So thankful. Maybe you misunderstand me standing up against false narratives about me as me thinking I’m a victim. I’m just part of the few people in society who cares to dig for truth rather than the media’s narrative.”

As I Lay Dying’s latest return follows a 2024 mass exodus that saw everyone exit the band except Lambesis. The controversial vocalist, who previously served prison time for trying to hire a hitman to kill one of his former wives, was left in that position after footage of him engaging in altercations with his latest wife and their dog surfaced online.
