Blood Vulture, the project featuring “Two Minutes To Late Night” host Jordan Olds, have premiered a new video for their new song “Die Close: Finale.” That track appears on the band’s newly released album “Die Close.” Olds commented:
“This video was heavily inspired by Kathryn Bigelow‘s ‘Near Dark‘ and also a little bit by ‘The Lost Boys.‘ I love that they are these sister Vampire movies from 1987 that have almost the same plot, but couldn’t be more beautifully different in style. This is a song about the universal pain of loss, but in reality I wrote about my dog and how I think about her passing a little bit every day to try to ease the pain of the day when she finally passes. Every guest vocal you see on the chorus of the song was performed by one of my friends who also has a dog that they’d do anything for, so it meant a lot to me to have their voices on the track.”
