During Lacuna Coil’s June 6 set at the Metalfest in Plzeň, Czech Republic, frontwoman Cristina Scabbia ended up getting a special birthday surprise. Epica singer Simone Simons and Within Temptation singer Sharon Den Adel made an appearance to give their friend a cake, while also leading the crowd through a rendition of “Happy Birthday.” You can see fan-filmed footage of that below:
