Mastodon will be heading to the Metropolitan Opera House to discuss how Herman Melville’s “Moby-Dick” Influenced their 2004 album “Leviathan.“ The event will be held on February 28 and it will also feature composer Jake Heggie, who scored a 2010 opera based on “Moby-Dick.” Two other composers, Tamar-kali, and David T. Little, will also appear.
