According to Billboard, Neil Zlozower has filed a copyright lawsuit against Ozzy Osbourne. The photographer made the move after the frontman allegedly shared his photos on social media without permission.

The posts in question featured various pictures of Osbourne including ones with Zakk Wylde, Randy Rhoads, etc. The following was said in the complaint:
“The accounts are key components of defendant’s popular and lucrative commercial enterprise. Defendant has over 12 million followers on [Facebook], and over 6 million followers on [Instagram], and over 5 million followers on [X] — all of which are monetized and provide significant financial benefits to defendant.”
Zlozower claims his team reached out to Osbourne at least three separate times about the photos. However, the singer “failed to respond.” As such, he was “forced to seek judicial intervention for defendant’s infringing activity.”
Notably, Osbourne has yet to comment.
