While on the red carpet at the 67th Annual Grammy Award Show, an interviewer accidentally referred to Spiritbox’s Courtney LaPlante as Poppy. Humorously, LaPlante went along with the mistake and answered the questions as Poppy. You can see footage of that below. Both musicians were competing in the “Best Metal Performance” category with Spiritbox having been nominated for “Cellar Door” and Poppy having been nominated alongside Knocked Loose for “Suffocate.” However, they ultimately lost to Gojira.
