Incendiary drummer Dan Lomeli recently underwent surgery for an umbilical hernia. You can help him out with medical bills by donating via GoFundMe.

Lomeli initially said the following:
“Hey everyone! So as most of you already know, healthcare in America is an absolute joke. I’ve had an umbilical hernia for quite some time, but it never gave me an issue. That is until I had to carry an increasingly heavy child up and down stairs, multiple times a day, every day for the past 4 years. Now it is becoming a problem and if I didn’t get it fixed now, it will become a huge emergency down the line. I’ve been out of solid work for two years but haven’t missed a beat as far as bills go. But this surgery will definitely below zero out any savings I have, leading to much harder times down the road.
I know things are tough all over, but if you know me, I’m usually the first one to try and help someone out if I can. Now I’m asking if some of you could do whatever you can to help me and my family out.
thank you very much in advance from Danny, Sarah, Orson & Cloud”
He later added:
“Update: the surgery yesterday went very well. No issues or anything (hooray!). Now it’s 6 weeks where I can’t lift over 10lbs (not hooray). Overall the recovery will be the hardest part of the whole thing. Especially when Sarah goes back to work on Friday. Walking is hard. Transitioning from sitting/laying to standing is hard and vice versa. But I’m a tough son of a bitch and all of the support we’ve received AB-SO-LUTELY makes this 175% easier to do.
We are still totally in awe of how many people came together in a very short time to help us through this situation. My family and I cannot express how truly thankful we are for the friends and community we have that are able to lift up its struggling members when they need it most. The help will not be forgotten and you all are owed a solid from yours truly.
Much love,
Danny, Sarah, Orson and Cloud”
