On December 30, Primus took the stage at the Fox Theater in Oakland, CA for their first show since the recent departure of drummer Tim “Herb” Alexander. The concert found the band performing with their former drummer Bryan “Brain” Mantia. The set also included material and musicians from frontman Les Claypool’s side projects, The Holy Mackerel and Colonel Les Claypool’s Fearless Flying Frog Brigade.
