Eidola have premiered a new video for their new song “Prodigy.” This track is from the band’s new album “Mend,” which will be released on January 17. Vocalist/guitarist Andrew Michael Wells said the following:
“’Prodigy’ is about pursuing your passions to the highest extent possible while navigating the self-doubt and ego trip that comes along with it. It’s a message for anyone who’s ever had a dream in life and argued with the voices in their head telling them they should quit. The song is a dialogue between a creator and their own inner monologue telling them they’re not enough or they’re way too much. In the context of Eidola, it’s the final time we break the fourth wall and present an overture about the psychological journey it took to get where we are now.”
