Diamante Shares Cover Of Pat Benatar’s “Love Is A Battlefield”

Diamante has released a cover of Pat Benatar’s “Love Is A Battlefield.” The track was recorded as part of the soundtrack for the “American Psycho” comic book series. That album will be available on October 25 alongside a hardback graphic novel. Pre-orders can be found HERE.

Diamante said the following about the song:

“Since I can remember, I have always been a huge fan of songs from the ’80s, especially of the female powerhouse vocalists of that time. In particular, Pat Benatar has always been a hero of mine, and I love nothing more than a good challenge. So for me, recording this version of “Love Is a Battlefield” was a lifelong dream come true.”

Nathan Yocum, president of Sumerian Comics, also commented on the soundtrack as a whole:

“We are beyond excited to present this soundtrack as a true celebration of music and storytelling, brought together by some of the most talented and dynamic artists in the industry today. This project is a testament to the power of collaboration, and we can’t wait for fans to experience how these songs complement the world of American Psycho in a bold and electrifying way. It’s more than just a soundtrack—it’s a journey into the dark and thrilling atmosphere that this series embodies.”
