According to Deadline, Pearl Jam’s touring guitarist Josh Klinghofer (ex-Red Hot Chili Peppers) is set to be arraigned on a misdemeanor charge of vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence. The court date will take place at 8:30 a.m. PT on September 26 in Alhambra, CA. This news comes after the musician was previously hit with a wrongful death suit after allegedly striking and killing 47-year-old Israel Sanchez during a distracted driving incident. The lawsuit was filed by Sanchez’s daughter Ashley, who is currently seeking damages for pain and suffering, medical expenses, etc.
