Scorpions have officially cancelled their September shows in Germany. The dates were scrapped after guitarist Matthias Jabs sustained an injury.

The band issued the following statement:
“SCORPIONS cancel German tour dates in September 2024
The SCORPIONS are forced to cancel all upcoming German tour dates in September 2024 due to an injury sustained by Mathias Jabs. Matthias Jabs’ injury requires surgery and subsequent rehabilitation.
The following concerts are affected:
• 11.09.2024 Nuremberg / ARENA NÜRNBERGER Versicherung
• 13.09.2024 Hamburg / Barclays Arena
• 15.09.2024 Leipzig / QUARTERBACK Immobilien ARENA
• 18.09.2024 Cologne / LANXESS arena
• 20.09.2024 Frankfurt / FesthalleThe cancellation hits the band hard, as they were in the final stretch of their “Love At First Sting” world tour. They deeply regret this decision and apologize to the more than 40,000 fans who have already purchased tickets, as well as to the event organizers.

We kindly ask for your understanding from all our fans, all the Rock Believers in Germany who were looking forward to the shows with us.
