The Undertaking! have premiered a new song titled “Touch Dirt.” A video for the track, which serves as a spiritual follow-up to “And The Silver Surfer,“ can be found below. The group said the following:
“Having tragically lost a friend a few years back, the song’s lyrics tackle the emotional processing required for that kind of loss. “No shadow can stand in for you” is one of the lyrics in the song that portrays the theme of losing someone. Working through grief is never a linear path. There’s anger, bitterness, sadness. All needed, but never fun.”
